I don’t remember when was the last time I gave appreciation to the good design, something that I love to do. And yesterday when I came across the beautiful furniture by the Australian Tide Design, I knew that I have to give it a shout. The Tide designer – George Harper is inspired by the 50’s design and believes strongly in the quality, organic feel and handmade. And to prove that, check out the perfect Tuki desk together with Lyssna Stool. Both handcrafted and finishing in American Oak with Faun Oil finish.

Long long time ago, like centuries ago… I was very inspired by one Australian brand – The Spell and the Gypsy. I think they started that boho revolution that you can see now everywhere. And even all the transformation that this let’s call it revolution had… The Spell and the Gypsy – or the Australian boho as I call it are still my favorite. Beautiful materials, natural materials and very delicate color palette without so much patterns. Everything is just so tasteful and with a real appreciation for the past. And when I stumbled upon an article in Vogue Living Australia about their head office, I knew that it will be something phenomenal, something clean but at the same time will implement a lot of history. So enjoy this place with me today.

Autumn catalogue is different this time. It is much darker, relies on the earth natural tones and make the home to look cozier. Two years ago for example everything was white and light. Unfortunately they don’t have this collection in the USA – so me and the other readers based on that continent we could be only inspired, but the readers in Europe can have these things in their homes. Remember the perfect corner for reading? Well, it looks like the hanging chairs become quite popular these days. I personally like it a lot (and based on the comments that I received – so do you) and I think that it will be great to have one in my home office. And usually these hanging chairs are outdoor furniture, but because the summer is ending why not just bring them inside. And if the hanging chair is combined with fur or sweet pillows – oh la la, it looks so cozy and inviting. So how you think – yes or no to bringing the outdoor furn niture inside?

I’ve been thinking to post something here, just to tell you guys hi, but life happend and I postpone everything. But today I will try to stay serious and focus, because I want to show you this stunning images that I did for an editorial in Provo, Utah. Awhile ago, I went to this beautiful state to photograph inspired by the fall editorial and oh wow, how stunning everything was. There was a tree house and people madly in love, but above all, I can’t stop staring at this gorgeous table decoration. And being a film photographer only help me to recreate all those beautiful colors. I know that if you are married already you may feel that this post is totally not related to you, but wait. Just look at the way the styling was made, the mix between old, the flowers, the berries… I totally feel that we all can be inspired by all those elements and use it in our own homes.
